Eating right and staying on budget are two peas in one pod. One main point in healthy living is to keep portions in the right size. Often times, we cook much more than we really need, and we end up eating more than we should, as well as spending too much money per meal. In order to be healthy and to save money, portion control is necessary. One example is the quantity of meat, which is recommended to eat at small amounts (about 3 ounces of cooked meat, which is about 4 ounces raw).
